Sengoku; AI research

Does anyone have some short of an idea what techs the AI researches first? I just won on monarchy but i need a better trading strategy to keep up with the tech race and make sure the AI can't start the war council while i'm still a few techs behind.

Also, are there scientific GLs in this conquest? and if there aren't are military GLs able to rush great wonders?

I don't know about your first question, but I'm sure, there are scientific leaders in this conquest because I got one.
So, it's logic, that military great leaders aren't able to rush wonders.

The AI always researches the top line of military upgrades first. If you want to trade techs then research along the middle or bottom first. I also research the top line first because I'm playing on Diety and the AI always threatens and attacks me just after the game starts. Shouganai.

I got a research leader too.

Military leaders can rush a building or make an army in this scenario too.

What a great conquest.

Yes, they research military. And the tech that gives you Spears is amazingly overpriced...

I've never gotten an SGL in multiple epic games, but I got three (!) in a single Sengoku campaign.

And I agree, it is a great conquest. Even better than Mesoamerica.
