Sengoku Jidai v2.0 PBEM

Hey since we have a v1.2 going over at apolyton I thought I'd start a v2.0 over here.

Uesugi - mordhiem

Each clan has its own unique attributes and unit specialties so you'll want to choose carefully.

I'll sign up for a spot when the rest are filled.

Btw, Darth, is it within the house rules to build new cities? In my SP game as the Uesegi, I buil some nice new cities in some tasty 4-special sites. Is that allowed?
