OK, my suggestion is to trade WC next turn and swich warrior in Kyoto to Archers.
Amerca declare 3 turns ago, so we go to war instead of settelment.
Curragh may scout north to avoid America. Another may wait and see, how fast America will come. One American galley I saw SW from Marsden land. Korea has Builgt Copernicus.

I think we may use settler to prebuild Archerer in Kyoto, Research at max 2turns WC, than trade it (from Korea?), or who cheaper, and research BW.
Dunno, if we may conquer Marsden Land during this war.

We don't. We win by Spaceship. Leave it alone.
One other possibility would be to get it in a peace deal. But it is not a goal.

Sonner or later Americans will bring Knights and kill us. To make a peace we may put some workers to LA to give it back. Or build special City "for trade" of peace deal. Hopefully we take Clivland before America come.

Sorry for disappearing. If Marsden hasn't taken it, I will - I'll track him down and find out.
Some things from looking at the save:
We can get WC for 4 gpt + 30.
BW takes 10 gpt + 10 gold. God knows what IW would take.
We can get contact with Byzantium from Egypt for 4 gpt + 30, which can be traded away to other civs with printing press.
I think we should trade for the contact and leverage it for WC, build archers and galleys and take a city or two from the americans, then see what to do about getting other techs.

We dont need WC NOW. 2 turns later it will be cheaper. Put Sci 100% this 2 turns.
As I assumed we may get Tech from Spain for MA(s).
According to F3 Spain at war vs Egyptians. Alternatively we may borrow money and make embassy with Egyptians and trade smth for war vs Spain.

Played 12 turns (got carried away!!)
Nothing much happened - got WC and BW. Tried to borrow money, no one was willing. We have 2 galleys and one about to finish, 3 archers and one about to finish. Continued explorations around portugal and about to enter, I think, Egyptian waters. Met a Roman galley exploring around portugal, as well.
Kyoto running at 10 SPT, which is a 1 food deficit, but can pump out 2 turn archers.
Korea has navigation and economics (have started Smiths and Magellans)
Traded 1 gpt and 25 gold to Portugal for WC.

Do we think we'll be able to get ironworking for an MA? Problem with doing that, of course, is that we won't be able to make peace until spain does or for 20 turns... but it's worth a shot. If we have iron, that would certainly help.
