It looks like we'll have enough votes without doing anything, depending on pop after whipping. Big question is still whether we can get tanks to Moscow before election. Don't need MG build, we could disband older units inside empire to save a few pennies. It will be close.

I'm away for a few days in the next couple of hours so good luck and I'll check the outcome when I get back.

Dependless om Toku, Shaka conversion is extremely important. 2-3 spies in former barb city for emergency
 
Sell liberalism to Toku and Shaka this turm. Very little vash, but at least they are not worst enemies of anyone important and it gives them some time to adopt FR on their own.

Arrange peace Mansa - Willem AFTER selling liberalism to Shaka (if peace before, Shaka would be worst enemy of Willem). Techbrbe Mansa to do it.

Some cities are in Wealth while we have enough gold. Switch to research. The same with building Units in England. We dont really need them. Research.

Caravel should be whipped in Freeze so it can transport spy to Japan earilier.


Cancel incense to Kate and Silver to Mao to decrease unhappiness = more research
Rearrange also fur - ivory trade with MM, so we can use both, and not only ivory. Use gained happines to more reseacrh (=scientists and when maxxed - the most commerce tiles)1' max scientists everywhere. Also spy specialist in Repr adds more research then even 3 commerce tile (and more than grasshill). Spy is even bettr in our situation than engineer!

Go free religion and Stay Representation. Any other government civic is tioo serious reseacrh and happiness hit.

GIFT IT TO MANSA so he can use his own galley for spreading.

Use galleon from York: move east and take hastings rifle (use cannons for military garrison in england) or capitol rifle.
Number of transports between russia and spain is low IMO. Move the one east to Rocku to between Rus an Sp, Take Oliver Cromwell from capitol and increase its movement by promotions (navigation promo). also upgrade 1-2 more from galleon stack. Upgraded galleon replece with those from england/holland.
(units cannot be upgraded with 0 movement left, so do it with at least 1 move left)
 
There is 11 turns of revolt in Notthingham. Too many (will stop revolting after voting).
Take benefit of this by liberating it to Willem for +1 diplo "just in case"

Instead of attaching Cromwell to transport, attach it galleon for +1 movement and free upgrade to transport.

Units should be loaded to final trip not from Santiage, but on Claims east from it. I dont have the save open now, but probably it will save 1 turn (we dont lose turn for boarding)

Consider final war everyone against Toku (or Shaka, whenever diplo hit from Willem, MM and probably Mao will not be huge), so shared war bonus will not decay. MM, Willem, Mao, Kate - all declare at least at pleased.

Check diplo standing before final vote. If liberating Freez and aStonished will make a difference with Mao, do it.

I believe there's an Infantry halfway between Murcia and Santiago. I'll count again, but I'm fairly sure.

3 transports can carry 12 units, so I see no reason to send extras. I think I will need the transport near Rocky to chain with the galleon at Beaver in order to get those two tanks to Murcia on the right turn.

I think cities in revolt still count toward hindu population. Can anybody check that?

The vote looks winnable if we force Shaka out of hindu. Is it still worthwhile to attack him? Maybe as a backup plan, if the mission fails multiple times. Otherwise, I don't see the point.

If both Shaka and Toku are out of hindu, I think our opponent would switch to Mansa. We obviously can't have that.

We have two. The other one is en route to Moscow.

I suppose we could do something with him, but we have the exact number of boats that we need. Might be better to put a military academy somewhere so that they get the hammer bonus when whipping their Tank.

We probably won't get +1 liberating bonus for giving Liz cities to WvO unless his culture is in the city.

We can settle a desert island around Amsterdam (if neutral or our territory) and gift it the turn it is settled and we may get liberation bonus. Is there room to settle/liberate on the island with 3calms and desert spice?

I am not sure of liberting mechanism. Are you 100% sure nottingham will not brng +1? Still better to libarate it late to avoid border tensions

Ok, I will sell lib to both Shaka and Toku.
I'll get back our happiness resources. I was wondering why we had such happiness issues. I'll also bribe Isabella out of Emancipation if possible.

I didn't think there were any Wealth builds left, but I'll switch them to Research. I'll take whatever steps are necessary to finish Industrialism in 3 turns.

I was going to send that missionary to Kate and then convert her back to hindu, but the way things are headed that's probably not a good idea. I'll gift him to Mansa.

I'll whip a caravel in Freezer and take the spy to Japan.
 
Based on what I've said here, shall I play tonight?

If for some reason I can't get the tanks to Moscow in time, or I can't win the vote. I'd prefer to pass to enKage, so he can set it up to win the next vote. If it comes to that, it would be better to have more than 1 day left. EnKage, are you OK with that idea?
 
I can't recall, except that she's friendly to him at +5, and pleased with us at +9. I'll see if I can sabotage that relationship while trying to gain back a point with Cathy.
