    Discussion on this may be found here

    This will be implemented that the start of term 4.

    What this does:

    This proposed amendment seperates culture from the internal affairs department, and creates a Culture Ministry. It also seperates the Trade and Technology department into the Trade department and the Research Department, each dealing with it's respective area's.

    Additional Change's because of this law:

    The two new poistions listed above force a small change in the Chain of Command. Minister of Research is placed under Minister of Trade, for trade still has the final word in most trade matters.

    We have two new departments... 4+2=6 :lol::lol:

    This change helps several differant problems:

    1) It takes work of several leaders, increasing the effciency of hte executive department.
    2) It adds two new poistions onto the CoC, which decrease's the chance of no one being able to play the game.
    3) It allows us to watch other civs movements much more carefully than before.

    I did:

    2. Polls are to be in anonymous responder format (standard
    Forum poll option).
    a. Proposal must be in Yes/No/Abstain format.
    b. Polls will stay open until:
    1. All votes have been cast, or;
    2. A quorum has responded and further votes cannot
    affect the outcome of the vote, or;
    3. The posted poll closing time has been reached.
    1. Minimum duration to run a poll is 48 hours.
    c. The quorum for changes in the Code of Laws is 1/2 of
    the census.
    d. A simple majority of support is required to adopt or
    alter a law.

    Strider you need to change the Constitution first.
    Please read the rules on doing that.
    Thanks
