Name one band you listen to that you don't think anyone else here listens to. Doesn't have to be too obscure.

I reccomend the Kings of Leon. Southern revialist rock. :yeah: Oh, and they're fans of the White Stripes. Go to their website to hear some of their songs. :)

Bradford. No longer together I would guess but an excellent band.

Modern (80's-90's) British. Somewhat like The Smiths, The Housemartins etc. Great vocals and lyrics.

add the Lemondrops to my list as well.

Kliché.

They put music to the poems and writings of Chairman Mao, the Great Helmsman.

I kid you not.

......chanting Mein Kampf over the sound of sitars and dulcimers......:vomit:

Fountains of Wayne (however people are starting to hear of them...for all you people in the chat room "Stacy's Mom" is a song by them, as is "Joe Rey" :p)

Also, the Bottle Rockets...excellent band.

Rehab

Specifically a band or can it be any musical artist group?

I bet some of our Scandivian posters know this but any of you Americans know E-Type?

Thought Riot

Andrew Bird's Bowl of Fire does creepy old time style music that I could only describe as gothic Transylvanian vampire jazz with heavy violins, great music for the grown up former Bauhaus fan. Their album "Thrills" is brilliant, the others much less so.

REO Speed Dealer has to be the greatest band name ever but unfortunately they aren't very good

Mew - a Danish band that plays excellent rock music.

I used to listen to FSOL 24/7 roughly 1 year ago... They're still nice :D

Dizzy Mizz Lizzy.

They're really worth looking into - look for the tracks Glory, Silverflame, and Rotator.

It's a Danish band, although it had some international success before breaking up. It has a soft Guns 'n' Roses kind of style.
