Should I change my maps to 16 coloured?

Well, my maps are NOT growing any larger, but loading takes some time.
I'm interested should I change my maps to 16-coloured, so loading would be faster?

I have been pondered this some time, but can't decide :crazyeyes

MY Maps will take about 15 secs to load in 56kbps.

If I want 16 colours and do not think the load time is "too big", what option do I choose?

Go for the load time is too big because they would both have the same results...Since the map in both cases would be switched to 16 colours.
