Should i get BNW from steam now?

Well, do you want it at release date? :D
If so, then go for it, take the 10% off and enjoy!
Otherwise, if you're low on cash and want to wait for a better deal, then this Christmas it should have something like 25% to 50% off - I wouldn't count on a bigger deal than that, nor much earlier than that, really (I recall that with Gods & Kings it was similar).

Not right now, there will almost certainly be better deals on other websites between now and the release date (GMG has a better deal right now if you use a coupon). Even if there's not you can buy it just before the release and lose nothing.

That's provided you are sold on the expansion already. If you're not, don't pre-order it just because it's marked down; you might regret it.

Is GMG even safe? I am partial toward 3d party sites.

Emmm, I got G&K at 75% off on Steam in like October or November...

I went ahead and preordered it from Steam just because I'm a steam "loyalist". To me everything is easier on steam. I took my 10% discount and now I'm just waiting for July 9!

July 11th *grumble grumble*... :hmm:

And what do you mean by "lose control of account"?

GMG are legitimate, I have bought from them a few times. They will give you a Steam code to activate yourself upon the game's release. They are UK based so I wouldn't worry about them operating out of some legal backwater.

I guess my memory is faulty then!
Still, he would lose on playing during a summer vacation - that might or might not influence his decision! :)

Talking about summer... next week is E3 and I will be in Turkey where they have great internet connection and when BNW releases I have around three days before I have to go to my summer cottage...

And please Glassmage, we will find a way... :mwaha:

As long as you have a laptop that can play the game, shouldn't be that big of a deal, right? You can play offline - just set Steam to offline mode before you go, and you can play it anywhere! :D
Still requires a laptop that ca lay the game - that might be the issue...

Yea but I don't have a decent laptop, just an ultra super uber mega box-of-a-PC that I will SURELY fit with me...

But to not get too off-topic, I think you should get it from GMG. Or wait.

So, should i use GMG? But will i lose control of my account in the proccess?

Go ahead with the purchase. GMG is a recognized third party steam key distributor. I personally have brought many games from GMG and activated them on Steam without much problems. The only thing that is a minus against GMG is that they tend to have problems with games that have overwhelming orders for. The problem however is a slight delay in sending out the keys so it is not a fatal issue.

I can guarantee that GMG is safe. I've bought from them plenty of times before without any issue.

I have had issues with GMG, but only with games that didn't run through Steam. I purchased Heroes 6 through GMG, and it required their own launch platform "Capsule" to run through. This in itself was not a problem, but when the game was patched, they didn't upgrade the new patches for their own platform - sometimes they were months behind on this. Thus, the game had critical bugs and errors and there were released patches to fix them, but I couldn't download and install them because GMG couldn't get around to incorporating them into their system.

For this reason, I have sworn to myself never to buy anything from GMG again. I guess it will not be an issue if it's a Steam game, but ...

Okay, I decided to wait and I prefer to get it from steam directly. I am a teenager and my dad is giving me money and said only get it from steam. So I am getting it from steam

Yes, it is. GMG is one of the big legit shops out there, don't hesitate to buy from there.
In general every site which sells "games" is legit. Every site which sells only "keys" should not be considered legit.

Guess I should maybe write a longer explanation about this down somewhere.
