Should mobile phones be banned for recreational use?

Looks like they don't cause cancer, but increase the risk of car accidents by FOUR TIMES, even with a hands free kit.

I'm all for personal liberties and that but this evil menace must be banned.

It is just driver inattention. Tht can happen no matter what is being done. Even listening to mucis can distract you, so should we turn off the radio from cars?

Ban the driver from using them in Cars when they are driving! Even the headsets. If nothing changes than just repeal it. What is the worst that can happen in trying that?

I am a pretty defensive driver and never really go more than 10-15 miles over the speed limit unless I am on a wide open high way.

So legal.


Even if it were causing an immense amount of deaths, all you would need to do is ban them while driving, not necessarily all together.

Every been bumped into on the street by a person whose mind is so messed up on chat they don't know what the heckers they are doing?

I even hear people uder the influence of chat HEAR VOICES when there is nobody in the room with them. Sometimes they get ringing in their ears too.
