Shouldn't the graphics file libraries be updated?

I ask his because they were updated last time sometimein May or april... And you can't find C3C files there...

I was, for instance looking for a new volcano eruption damage graphic, but there's no way how I could find it...

Well, nothing would propably happen if this was posted in Site Feedback... So I decided to post this here. But seems like it's not gonna be done.

So, does anyone know where to find some better eruption damage art than the pollution ones used as a basic?
