Siam flags, need help

For some reason my dds converter stopped working for me. Whenever I convert a file to dds, all I get in game is a blank flag (in the civ's color).

I now tried several converters and the end result always is the same, I have no idea what causes this.

So if someone would be kind enough to convert the flags to dds and upload them again, I'd appreciate it

I suggest you download DXTBmp, since it is much better with editing things than DDS Converter 2.

That is what I usually use, for some reason I have trouble with these flags however.

Me too... What can cause this?

I solved the problem by giving them a black alpha channel rather than a white one. Usually my flags go with a white alpha channel, not sure why these don't (did I maybe update DXTBmp ?).
