Thanks for excerpts. Also I read a guide itself a bit. Honestly I still do not believe that Criminals are worse missionaries than ordinary colonists and that tribes can trade horses and muskets with each other. Official info is not always flawless. One day I should RE the game properly, if somebody else doesn't do it before. Very intriguing and deep game.
 
I was wondering which resources the building of roads increase, and it's on page 12 -- "Roads increase the production of ore, fur, and lumber by making it easier to get these materials out of the square. Roads increase the production of silver in Mountain terrain only if the square contains the Silver Deposit special resource."
 
That was what I thought it would be, but it's nicer to have it confirmed; I'm not actually playing Colonization, I'm playing FreeCol 1.0.0 on a Raspberry Pi. Because I have nothing better to do with my life.

EDIT: post-convention depression, nothing to worry about. Last month was absolutely exhausting. WorldCon and BulgaCon.

Yup project leader Stian has posted on the Col Fans Discord about it being in his future plans a few times. I just checked and can see he's updated their roadmap on the Freecol website to mention it too. If fans keep peserting him about it he'll probably move it up the priority list too!
