Sig Length: Blech

Bah humbug, what is going on with this thing? I see 4 lines, yes, my resolution is set higher, but when I change it back to 1000 X 700, or whatever taht is, I still see 4 lines!!!

This is annoying me because it is annoying Mods. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Just out of curiosity. What standard did the CFC staff set for the 5 line limit sig? Is it done when the entire internet window is expanded?

I think it is when the browser window is full screen and the resolution is 1024x800. (or something like that)

Another point, I'm sure it must still be possible to break the sig length rule as all you have to do is post 6 words on six different lines.

I will remove the signatue length limit. Just remember though, if your signature violates the signature rules or we find it very annoying, it may be deleted with or w/o warning.

All moderators have the ability to edit signatures (and avatars).

Oops, just realize that I can't disable the max signature length feature. I have to put a number in that field. I put 2000. So if your sig uses more than 2000 chars, you still need to shorten it a bit.

Considering the character limit per post is 15000, 2000 chars in sig is about the best I can do. 2000 is 4x the default 500 char limit.

Just to clarify, your Sig must be 5 lines or under at 1024 x 768 Resolution? Or 6 linesa at Size 1?
