[RR] Signals

Hi,

I am (was) a big fan of Locomotion. The graphics are getting to old for me and im looking for a replacement. Ive tried Transport Giant, which is a nice game but the trains dont have engine nor track sound. There is only the annyoing music.
So on you tube i saw some gameplay of RR.
Yesterday i wandered through the city and i saw Railraods for a cheap price. Before i buy i have some questions: Is it possible to manage signals, like in locomotion?
