i rarely capitalise and the such like, ive been banned once in 11000 odd posts and not because of that so i think hes cool if he doesnt capitalise too much

I am asking in regards to signatures and posters quoting other posters. If a poster quotes you and you dont like it when that poster quotes you (Since one prevcives it as a trolling signature). What steps are taken? Is it against the rules for another poster to offend another poster by quoting him or her?
