The QNMP: The Quebecois National Mounted Police
The public arm of the National Police, the QNMP is designed to operate in conjunction with local police, as well as Coordinate larger scale efforts. QNMP jurisdiction extends throughout the Province of Quebec.

The Visible face of Law Enforcement, the QNMP are an arm of the Departement Intern, and thus have a higher level of authority than most other police forces.
The Horses used by the QNMP are highly trained and specialized for such occasions as crowd control, pursuit, and parade.

Amidst the celebrations of greater China throughout the cities, our scholars have spent long hours studying and debating the ideas of past and present China as they might apply to our nation's government. But it is not enough to be focused inwards. If we spend too long staring out our navels modernity will march on without us; and so it is time to take the pulse of the world(听世界的心跳
. As part of this stage of the conference we invite all distinguished foreign scholars of government and politics to speak to the conference, so that we may find the benefits in all systems for our new Republic.

However, we have no forgotten the greater foe. At this time we invite our brothers in the struggle in Qinghai, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Guangxi to sign the Pact of Mutual Defence against Qing Aggression (攘满患条约, which reads as follows:
Whereas the Manchu tyrants have lost the Mandate of Heaven, and
Whereas their goals are to subjugate and destroy all free Chinese, and
Whereas they are aided in this goal by foreign weaponry donated by imperialists abroad, giving them an insurmountable advantage over any one Chinese power,
Be it therefore resolved that in the event of Qing aggression against any one among us, we the undersigned hereby pledge to resist such aggression with all forces available to us, and aid each other in such resistance, regardless of any previous or ongoing disputes.
Be it further resolved that the undersigned hold this pledge until such time as the Chinese Empire ceases to exist as an independent state.

Given that the Nanchang Conference is of great historic import, the Republic of China would also like to invite artistry the world over to bear witness to the birth of a new nation. Students hundreds of years from now will watch in awe as the rebirth of China is shown to them on reels of film captured by expert Gatineau filmmakers, or listen to the broadcasts from Sydney radiomen watching from prime seats.

Quebecois Cinematographers will gladly attend the Nanchang Conference, as the Creation of a new state from the ashes of such a historic one is a momentous occasion. The Various Gatineau Studios will produce information films covering the Nanchang Conference within the Coming year.

Yeah, its the same here too, but I was trying to be all alternate-historylike. Language doesn't necessarily have to evolve the same way either, which is why I like to throw in phrases like that to show its not 100% like our world.
