skunwork you suposed to have the posibility to build this improvement when discovering " skiled aloy " never saw this improvement on my production list . never saw a diference in mineral betwen prototype and other unit .
never remember wich technology lift restriction on mineral and energy ,it is not mention on the manual .
can sombody answer the questions ?

If you are playing on a low difficulty, I don't think you can build it. That is because on low difficulty, the prototype does not cost any extra.

It does not come in until the 2nd or 3rd level of difficulty.
