I cannot comprehend how does it give nutrients to all your bases?
Is it like, gives one nutrient in the turn you built it to all bases or is it permanent?
If latter, then how many of those i can build? It seems you can build multiple in one city...

Edit: Nevermind, i figured it out... i just kind of was expecting the bonus food to show up in centre city square...
