I have had some issues with hosting multiplayer games.
I frequently ask people which country they live in and often times they reveal they are very far away.
Whenever I host games, after around turn 50, following each turn the game loads for a very long time.
So my question is:
Could there be another reason other than network latency that the loading takes so long?
I have not seen other hosts experience this issue and the games I host often end up being very slow paced due to the minute-long breaks of loading in between each turn.
