Has anyone ever had the AI be on top with Venice? I would assume he can get there, or else @Gazebo wouldn't have left him where he is, but I've never seen him anywhere but on the very bottom or, rarely, in the middle.
I had him do well in early game when he was left alone, he was high up but that was classic era possibly early medival on king diff.
Maybe he can do better with a LOT of citystates and a good start.
He seems to be able to wonder hoard to some extent.
