Yeah, I had noticed that after your post.

Maniac has pointed out that my SMAC-format leaderheads are too small, and scan-lined. That's okay, 'cause I saved most of the alt. ones as .bmps before I reduced, cropped and scanlined them. I can fix up copies of the rest, if needed. If 30-40% bigger and substantially wider is right for Planetfall, I can zip up most of them as-is and post or email anytime.

Just throwin' it out there- I've labored long, am proud of the result, and want the work apreciated. People to discuss it with would be nice, too.

such a thing should be very carefully implemented. the breakaway factions could arise from just about any of the main factions in a reasonable and justifiable way. the consciousness could get its start from a rogue fetal AI that was a military prototype, for example. the planet cult is more of a bastard child of Miriam and Deirdre (i wonder if that got filmed). the drones are so universal that they could be used in multiples.
