It's a boy!
My pedit hasn't been working for months now and I would really need to edit one palette for Master of Myrror 1.0. So, I was wondering if any of the helpful chaps around here with working versions of pedit or some similar program would like to lend me a hand. 
What I would need is moving the palette contents right so that the colors aren't in the civ-color area. It's a 1 minute job for anyone familiar with pedit as the program can move the colors left and right. This is what I'm talking about (before on left, after on right):
