In a hotseat have one player conpare their milaty eith an other civ (mil advisor) then end turn. The next player when opening the mill adviser screen and conpare his/her millatry to that AI in which the other player has last seen, EVEN IF THE SECOND PLAYER HAS NOT EVEN MET THE FIRST PLAYER OR THE AI! Like I said this is nothing major, and doesnt hurt the gameplay in anyway
