What kind of sword is that in the first clue? That seems like it could be important.

I don't think the sword is from western europe, because there is a little curve

I rather not have a Crusader Civ. :p CivSoEuro!

Now, I'm thinking these clues could also point to Georgia. Some of the images of Georgian swords look similar to the sword in the teaser.

I think about Ethiopa too. Lion, shield...

But the last image is unknown.

    And the lion is off.

Good leak! For once, we do not know what is it !

The cross on the shield rules out: Inca, Zulu or Ottomans. Could be Scotland or Georgia. The lion can be everything. We have to find out who used the weapons in the 3rd clue...

I don’t think it’s another leader for England. If I remember correctly, they said there would only be one alternate leader.

Not Zulus. They wouldn’t have a catholic cross. Does the shape of that sword speak to anyone?

"One knows a lion by its claws and Tamar by her actions"

    It's happening. I think it's Georgia, y'all.

Yeah, the sword looks a bit oriental, but the shield speaks something else.

I'd wager that every leader in human history was referred to as a "Lion" at some point.

Some Google results for Georgian swords that vaguely fit:

Actually the sword looks pretty much like Gergian saber. Shield is a little bit too tall for Georgia, though.
Speaking about the Lion - "A lion cub is just as good, be it female or male".

    Edit: Ninj'd on the sword

It is what is called a khevsur khmali sword behind the shield.

    It is Georgia, I think.
