So.. About time for an RSS feed around here?

    It should be possible. Users could select wich threads to subscribe to the reader, and away with the dreaded e-mail notice. I think its a wonderful way to keep updated with news, blogs and such, and I see no reason that it shouldnt work with forums. :)

    Is it possible? And if so, will it happen?

    You can already subscribe to threads without getting emails (a new feature of vB 3.0), so I don't think there'd be a point to this.

    Should be possible... vB 3.0 has a RSS/XML feed feature built-in.

    I will look into it this weekend and test it a bit.... :)

    WillJ is correct that you can choose not to receive email notices for subscribed threads and only have them listed in your user CP.

    I didnt know about the vb3.0 feature, it looks interesting. But inferior to an RSS feed ;)
