thought screw it il go cree they look good, looking forward to getting a tonne of UU and getting promotions for that delicious +20 combat strength and then upgrading them to ranger then spec ops... should be quite a force to be reccond with, and going to play the biggest map that YNAMP can have, on marathon with 28 civs(maybe all 32 if i feel the map can hold all) thinking either continents or fractal with low sea lv for maximum space, was curious about what shuffle map type is lol but yeah sounds like a plan. oh and i was just wondering will the cree UI the mekwap get more tile yields as we tech up as the base yields production is 1 and even polders and outback station have more production and from what it says in the video is its meant to be mainly built for production:/

anyway not that ppl care but i thought id express my excitement for the cree and share some thoughts:)

What do you mean even polders? Polders are the best! :)

Polders as an idea are great.

Polders as a water tile not so much. The whole point of polders is that they take the water away.

Eh. I was tired of terrace farms. I was hoping the Inca would get a fresh new paradigm. Like a Tampu improvement that interacts with a governor.

Anyone have any ideas what the Mapuche UI might be?

Chemamull seems the likely candidate. It would be interesting to see how they would meaningfully differentiate it from the Kurgan (which serves a similar purpose).

I'd be happy if the Inca could just farm hills sooner in-game then the rest. I miss early hill farms from Civ5...

You could do: For each unit that has died on a tile before a Chemamull was placed there, the tile provides +1 Faith with a limit of +5.

Tbh i think there's no reason for a civ not to have a UI and a UD if the leader brinds the UI.

I'd want the Inca to be able to move over mountains and have a unique improvement for mountain tiles but I probably ask for the moon...

Mapuche might actually have the UD with the Rehue as a replacement for the neighborhood. Rehue refers both to an religious altar but also to a group of families that use that altar. So you could have a neighborhood that gives faith.

Unfortunately I think that their Unique Improvement doesn't gain extra yields with new tech, usually it will say it if they do.

Anyways, I am very excited for the Cree and they will be my "main" civ once R&F comes out.

I want to see them in Civ6 just to see what the art department can cook up with the new art style.

Terrace Farms aren't unique to the Inca. Check out the ones in the Philippines....

What if the the Inca is in the game, and they get the Sun/Inti Temple as Unique Building?

For my account, I prefer Inca more than Mapuche, although Mapuche is civ-worthy

The Inca aren't gone; we just have to wait a little longer for them. The Inca were a great all-arounder in Civ5, so I look forward to seeing what their Civ6 incarnation looks like. I also look forward to seeing the Sapa Inca dripping in gold. I hope the theory that they'll be accompanied by the Maya is correct, because TBH I want the Maya more than I want the Inca personally. ;)
