Afraid of the monkeys
Everything was fine for me until the .20 patch. After then I began experiencing some graphical glitches in DX10/DX11 version.
Weird tiles that would disappear when I zoomed in close and reappear after zooming back out.
This would happen not as often.
I tried adjusting all the settings down to low, didn't help. Ran stress tests on my GFX card with FurMark and everything checked out ok. Was playing the game fine in DX9 while I was trying to figure out what was going on in DX10/DX11.
I loaded the game this evening and went into the video settings and realized I hadn't messed with AA at all. Turned off AA and just played 201 turns (a little better than 3 hours) in DX10/DX11 without any issues what so ever.
Right now I'm not certain if I had AA off before the .20 patch and I just happened to turn it on around the same time it was released. It's possible my AA problem was a pre-existing condition.
My Specs:
Intel Q6600 (Overclocked to 3.0GHz)
512MB 8800 GTS (g92) (with a 10% overclock)
Windows Vista Home Premium 64 Bit
8GB Ram
