Could, in your opinion, the Firaxis units Jaguar Warrior and Mayan King Smoke Jaguar (or Snoop Dog, or whatever his name is) double as female units? Imagine them with female sounds.. Also, thinking of the majority of the female tennis players will help your imagination. But remember, majority.

The Jaguar Warrior's legs (even at Civ-level) seem kinda manly so it'd work if you're kinda aiming for a she-man unit.

The very thought of a transvestite Jaguar Warrior makes me want to heaver. What is so wrong with having fully recognizable and, dare I say, natural genders?

Surely, if we want to consider a historical fantasy element for the Meso cultures, wouldn't that best be served in producing some hypothetical amazon-type cultures for said world?

Personally, I think it would be nice to see some female units with a definite Aztec or Mayan character. I'm talking about really aggressive warrior units. The "girly" type comments are wholly out of place, and not for any PC reasons. One reason the USA military resisted putting women in combat roles (including flying fighters) for so long was because early tests indicated that many of them reacted so aggressively that they intimidated their male counterparts. Hard to win a battle when you're standing there staring slack-jawed at your comrade-in-arms saying "Holy S***!".

Reminds me of when Mary-Kate wanted to join Scouts. She's the 5-foot-nothing Blonde haired popular type, and all her mates (even her sister) though that she'd never fit in. She's been with us a year and going brilliantly! And as Blue said, she's by far the most intense of us when it gets down to things. Just goes to show eh?

I need sorta mesoamerican fantasy crazy chicks, and so far I have 1.5, I wanted to make it easier on my dedicated artists

Looking at those, I could see where your associations would come in. In fact, in that case I would have to agree with you. I'm not too sure if it's a good idea to use them then or if a unit request would be better. I guess it's always best to use what exists.

Well, I can get those units made, my friends would help me. But I was wondering if these placeholders would be good enough on thier own? these girls are supposed to be able to beat the crap out of anyone, so buff legs shouldn`t be a problem..
