Some mods not working (PLE) ?

Hi I've installed CIV IV from Steam. I've installed BAT and placed it in the right folder, I can access the BUG options Screen but the Plot List Enhancement doesn't seem to work. I cannot stack units horizontally by type, and the small "actions" buttons don't appear on top of the actions buttons. Whenever I do modifications to this screen I cannot see any modifications to the gameplay whereas the other screens seem to work. Any help? Thank you.

Have you set the "Draw Method" to PLE? The menu is a bit confusing; as far as I can tell, the "PLE Style" checkbox has no effect.
