Some questions

I've found some files here:

C:\Program Files\2K Games\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4 Complete\Beyond the Sword\CvGameCoreDLL

Well, they end in .h and .cpp. what language do you use here?

Its C++ I believe, but its used differently than C++ is normaly used. Xienwolf wrote a nice tutorial about it. You can find it in the tutorial forum.
