I decided to create my first scenario with Civ3Conquest from a map of France, but I can't place cities and units. I don't understand. Can someone help me, please ?
You have to press *Space*... then you can choose the active-player and put units and/or cities into your Scen...
two buttons on the top of the edit are changed from no-active to active and you can press them (unit-head and city)!!
