This unit is based off the Thai movie Suriyothai. The Chaa Saaen (ราชา แสนย์ ) means royal infantry, unlike most of the armies of South East Asia, Chaa Saaen have expensive armor from Portugal.
Baa Atsawin means "foot knight" in Thai. His armor and weapons are based off the movie the Legend of Suriyothai. He is a Medieval Infantry replacement for Thailand.
This is a Medival Infantry replacement for the Khmer (modern Cambodia), he is based of images found at Angkor Wat.
Medieval Infantry replacement for Malay civilizations. Perwira means "warrior" or "hero" in Malay, and "officer" in Indonesian.
Ok, you can post now

All are beautiful units, and i like the shield of Cambodia swordsman
Great work ! I like the units` details a lot and I`m happy we will play South Asian civs with their own historically accurate units !
Thank you, Shiro !
Holy moley! Awesome units man! Very useful, for a neglected area of civ graphics!
Oh man, I really must find time to update EAM. Great work!
Wooo! Those are great, Shiro! I really, really like the Pelwira, I have an immediate use for him
PS - it seems you forgot to add the units_32 icon for it..
Definitely welcome additions. Expect to see them in the appropriate culture group in the Bharata Varsha mod as well.
Very nice units.
Wow! Quite the undertaking, very nicely filling in some gaps
