This NES is loosely based off of the unsuccessful prohibition NES. It is based around school gangs.
INFLUENCE
This is the basis of the game.
Influence allows you to gain territory, get women, get thugs, start operation, bribe administrators.
You get influence by having women, winning fights, having territory.
You get a certain amount per turn and it cant be saved
THUGS
The backbone of your empire is thugs. There are three types of thugs:
Thug: costs 1 influence, runs cheating rings, can fight
Head Thug: cost 4 influence, upkeep is 1 influence, runs clubs, fights and adds to fighting abilities of other thugs
BOSS: this is you, can only have one, creates 3 influence per turn, can fight, add to fighting ability of other thugs
WOMEN
These ladies help in growing your empire.
Hoe: costs 2 influence, produces 1 influence per turn, can affect admin within 1 square
Volleyball Player: cost 5 influence, 1 influence upkeep, produces 3 influence, affects admin within 2 squares
Cheerleader: cost 9 influence, 3 influence upkeep, produces 6 influence and 1 thug per turn, affects admin within 3 squares
TERRITORY
Gaining territory takes influence and can be fought over but it is the key to winning.
Each square has an upkeep number which must be paid at the upkeep
OPERATIONS
Cheating ring: cost 4 influence and is run by thug, produces thug per turn
Club: Costs 10 influence and is run by head thug, upkeep is 2 per turn, produces 4 influence and a free thug per turn.
ADMIN
These people can bust up operations or break up large groups of thugs.
Principal: sees 3 squares away, hard to influence
Asst. Principals: sees 2 squares, medium to influence
Counselers: sees 1 square, easy to influence
FIGHTS
Fights happen when two groups of thugs gang up to fight one another.
A maximum of 5 thugs can be in one square
The winner of the fight gains the territory and a thug and a hoe and 5 influence
The loser loses all thugs involved
