Spaceship Question?

I just completed the spaceship, now how do I launch it?

I've had the same problem - could someone please post how to launch the spaceship once it's completed? The victory conditions screen shows I have built all the parts but I can't find a launch button, if there is one.

Hmm. There is a launch button, iirc it's bottom right of the spaceship screen.

You guys see the spaceship screen, right? Where each part is added graphically as you build it--you click an "Add" button beside the part in the graphic. "Spaceship" is one of the menu items in the victories screen F8.

This is for BtS, earlier Civ4 versions launch automatically once you complete the last part.

Thanks for the reply Mike - I am running vanilla Civ4 w/ latest patch, but it's not launching. Guess something's buggy will reinstall. BTW all victory conditions are enabled.

Are you sure it's complete? While with BTS you only need 1 of each part, earlier versions require 5 SS Casing and 3 SS Thrusters.

If you've gone past the deadline (2050) it won't launch.

Unless Time victory is disabled. Which it's not, but I'm just sayin'.
Possibly post a save game?
