How do i launch my spaceship. Its all ready but i cant go to view spaceship so i can click on launch. HElp please.

Oh and its the year 2150 something so does it matter if its after?

Yea, after 2050 (Histograph), any other victory condition will not fire.

Well how the hell do people advance so fast to build the thing. I always have science near 100% and sometimes I cant get out of the ancient times by 0 ad

My guess is your playing games on the Chieftain or Warlord levels. On these levels, the AI civs are handicapped to give the human player an advantage. One of these restrictions is a slower research rate, for technology. This means the human player will more than likely reach techs first.

Now, trading techs is what allows for rapid advancement, of all civs involved. If the human player is unable to trade techs to others civs for techs he doesn't have, because the other civs research slower, than advancement into the modern age is extremely difficult.

At the Regent level, where all things are equal, your games can easily reach the modern era. Here, the human and computer players enjoy the same research rate for technology. It is possible to reach the modern era on Chieftain, it just requires playing with that purpose. I played a Chieftain level game this past summer to see if I could win by space race. I was able to launch my ship in 1926. Granted, at the time, I had been playing Civ3 for 1.5 years. All of which has been spent surfing CFC = learning tons about the game.
