Looks like you are doing pretty good so far. Watch nanjing, the city is starving because it is working the banana/jungle tile and a grassland to the south and it can work the 2 grassland river farms to the north and still grow by one.
It's too bad you missed the pyramids for representation.

Can you imagine your science then?
I notice that you only have 5 workers, and I personally would up that by at least one more. (You also can afford 3 more units for free.)
Also, I would get a settler up to the Gems and horses north of Nanjing before Rome settles there. With the gems the city should be able to support itself. I would have some workers team up on the forest just south of nanjing and chop it down for a farm to rush the courthouse. Then have it start on a settler - but if you have nanjing build the settler it does have low production. When I checked out its settler building time, it was something crazy like 64 turns. So you may wanna have your specialists work some farmland and help them get that settler popped out. Or have another city build it.
Tech-wise you are sitting pretty good I would say. You can be in the renessaince era real soon.but I would also advise looking into going after both literacy and calander soon. (Those bananas can really help in a SE.) Literacy for the Heroic/national epic, of course.I think you even have time to research calendar by the time the workers finish chopping down the forest by nanjing and making it a farm. So then they could just hop over and do the bananas next. Which also would hurry up the production of the settler in nanjing.
Oh yeah and Elizebeth is hogging that wheat by the western city. I was going to suggest maybe pulling your 2-3 scientists off and onto artists for a bit. The tile is like at 60-40% her favor so it shouldn't take long before you gain control of the wheat running artists. Which is a 4 food tile. And should also gain you another coastal tile or two to work with your new lighthouse.
But really, I would say that you are sitting pretty good.
