speed of turns

What annoys me about civ III is the length of the turns later in the game, it takes forever. They sould really improve this if they make a sequel.

It all depends on how you're playing the game. If you're fighting a war in the industrial or modern times and have 200 units to command...yah its gonna take a while. Some people spend an hour on each turn. However, if you're trying to be a peacful builder and have your units fortified in defensive positions, one tunr might take a minute.
