Speeding up BTS Startup Load-Times?

Oi, with BTS, I've noticed it now takes even longer to launch Civ4. Is there some way I can speed up this process? And before the obvious suggestions come in, I already disable my firewall, AV, and Skype. What I'm looking for is more of a "change this .ini file setting" or something like that.

I have my movies off so once the xml files load it jumps right to the main menu.
