Seriously? Did you get an actual great general or one of the warlord units? And was he already attached to the city as an advisor or the moveable figure itself?

Any way you slice it, that is very cool. Obviously the military of your rival civilization recognizes you are a better choice to lead them than their own leaders. Let slips those war dogs
