Spore forum game

Hello, people of the spore forums. I have an idea for a forum game, which is sorta taken from when I looked at the xspore forums. As we all know, the full, epic game of spore didn't completely live up to it's hype. However, we can have a forum game, rules made by the leader (me for now), that takes ideas from spore and combines them with a better game. Think of it more as an evolution forum game than a spore game. The rules are simple: I give you a few poles (I can't do the inbuilt forum poles because I can't change those). You post what you vote for and any additional comments. I count them up, roll any ties, and post the next part of your little cell's (or animal or tribe or civilization or intersteller empire) adventure. Poles will be on evolving, travelling, combat, etc. So, what do you think? If yes (and anyone can join or leave at any time) just post what you want your cell to be and it's diet. Don't worry, soon you will be able to evolve it. I'll try to update once every one or two days, depending on how busy I am and how many votes we get.

option 1

option 2

option 3

And herbivore or carnivore?
Oh, and if any one has any ideas for a name or a new cell design (made with the early cc in spore) go ahead and post it.

I vote Option 3, and herbivore.

Alright, looks like everyone likes number 3 and herbivore won by one, so I'll continue.
First I just want to explain some of the rules for the cell phase a little better. Every turn your hunger goes down a little bit. Obviously you must eat to replenish it. Evolution points are gained by doing a lot of stuff (like eating). Every other turn, you can trade them in for evolutions, like a longer tail. Energy is depleted by activities and gained every turn (just to make sure you don't over do your turn). Health is depleted by battle and lack of energy/hunger, gained slowly every turn and quickly by eating. If your health goes all the way down then you restart at the last evolution, minus all evolution points. Finally, I'll keep some statistics secret, like your overall attack, so that evolution will be based on common sense. Sounds complicated, but you don't need to learn all of it know. Just base your votes on what you like the most.

Now to start!

A lone meteor slowly treks across the cosmos. In it there is a rare and valued commodity: life. Slowly it's pulled into the planet's orbit (need to think of a name for the planet). The meteor burns with the intense heat of the atmosphere, and only the life inside survives. The massive carrier crashes into the ocean. Huge tidal waves splash against the shore, an amazing sight for none to see. The meteorite sinks to the bottom and splits in two, releasing those within...

A small egg floats out, into a huge, unknown ocean. Soon the cell inside escapes the barrier. Around are a few shards of plant life. Below is the cold ocean floor, and who knows what is above. You see a grey, circular object floating down a small distance away. What do you do?

A. Eat the plant parts
B. Swim upwords
C. Swim towards the grey thing.
(I'll make more next time, but we need to start small.)

Evolution:
starting next turn

Stats:
Health: 5/6
Energy: 7/7
Hunger: 10/10
Evo points: 2

Still accepting ideas for creature and planet names. Next one I'll put a poll.

I vote A as well.

OK, I guess that one was a little obvious. I promise I'll do more options this time.
You go around and eat some plants. After the grey thing sinks to the bottom, a huge cloud of dust flys upward, blocking out the sky. You feel some movement behind you. Looking around, you see a fairly large (at least in comparison to you) creature swimming up. It's to far away to see clearly, but there is what looks like spikes down it's back. What do you do?

A. Ignore the creature and keep on eating!
B. Swim up to the creature and see if it's friendly.
C. Attack the creature as soon as it's in range. :ar15:
D. Retreat! :hide:
E. Swim upwards for fun. (warning: there's a lot of dust up there)

Evo:

A. Grow longer spikes (costs 3 evo)
B. Grow longer tail (costs 5 evo)
C. Sharpen vision and other senses (6 evo)
D. Become omnivore (13 evo)
E. Evolve brain (more advanced choices and closer to creature) (15 evo)
F. Absolutely nothing!

Name:

I'd still like more suggestions. Right now we have:

A. Mripri
B. Grashnak
C. Wait for more options

Stats:
Health: 6/6
Energy: 7/7
Hunger: 10/10
Evo points: 5
Brain level: 1/7

D/F/B- better senses have an appeal.

There's a tie in evolve so i'll flip a coin (flips a coin) alright the results are: D/F/B. So retreat, save points and Grashnik.
Your little creature's instincts kicks in and you start running as soon as the monster comes close. After going a distance away you glance back. The creature apears to be eating something, if it's plants or cells, you can't tell. A few cells swim around you. This seems to be a crowded area, probably because of all of the plant life. You see a few, larger creatures away a bit. They look peaceful, but huge. What will you do?

A. Eat plants
B. Attack the small cells
C. Swim to the larger cells
D. Swim upwards (its a little less dusty now)
E. Swim back to the enemy that you ran away from earlier

Evo:

A. Grow longer spikes (costs 3 evo)
B. Grow longer tail (costs 5 evo)
C. Sharpen vision and other senses (6 evo)
D. Become omnivore (13 evo)
E. Evolve brain (more advanced choices and closer to creature) (15 evo)
F. Absolutely nothing!

Planet name:
none right now

Stats:
Health: 6/6
Energy: 5/7
Hunger: 8/10
Evo points: 7
Brain level: 1/7

E/C With the better senses they hope to make friends with the large bethmoth. I have an idea. Update every 2 weekdays and weekend. Post newest things upfront and the small details in links! Go Grashnik!

B/B. Yummy little cells and faster moving too!

I vote D/C.
