My friend just won a scientific game while I was in his original captial ... I forgot that SS components could be "assembled" in any and different cities (what a strange idea...).

However, for the boosters it is stated that they must be assembled in the capital...

Are they talking about the initial one ?

If not, Should they be assembled in the same capital ?
