We could use all the help we can get in dealing with the plague. This could become the concern of the entire Southern Continent if our plans to contain it fails. Things are looking grim enough as it is with the cold weather.

We warn you, any people passing into Shaemar will be incinerated. We do not mean offense, we simply wish to be careful.

@SS: Post 30 RDD's and some Dragons into patrolling the border.

OOC: I sure luv those wonders. Now, time to devise a new and mighty one.

WTH dude, where are my 35 Water Adepts?

They are bunched together with the Riders of the Sea. Since your UUs are essentially upgraded Adepts, I put them together. I've done so with everybody else. If you, for some weird reason, WANT to have inferior units, I can fix that. But I can't really say I see why.

I specifically said to put RotS on the sides of the infantry and flung the adepts in the back along with the archers.Adepts are spell casters and I see no reason why to bunch them together with common grunts.

(-2450 LI, -500 B, -30 RotS)

I didnt even have 30 RotS....I had 10 RotS and 35 Water Adepts.

No, what I mean is that I've added together your Adepts and UUs, since your UUs are essentially better Adepts. This is the case with bellfern's Wardruids, Felaskhar's Sealords and Shaemar's Red Dragon Disciples. You see? There was nothing to "bunch together" since I'd already done the adding above.

Ahh fine be that way.You should be more specific in casulties. But that still doesnt change the fact that I had 10 RotS and now I have 15 as my stats say.

@SS: My trade with Horus wasn't added.

Very well. You did not attack, and so we will allow you access to the scrolls, and joint control of the city. But do not expect to work with us on translation of the scrolls, and know that we will place safeguards such that if you attempt to take the scrolls solely for yourself, or expel us from the city, the scrolls will be destroyed and no one will gain their benefits.

I dont remember agreeing to trade, nor being asked to....

Oh damn I meant Shaba, who did agree to trade. And damn, I put Horus, not Shaba, in my orders.

I guess that means it didn't get started?

@JD: Yeah, you screwed up. :p I hate doing that kind of mistakes, but it happens. Your trade with Shaba will commence next turn.

@Cleric: 30 A + 15 RotS = 45. 45 - 30 = 15. In short, you don't have any normal Adepts no longer. And you lost a whole bunch of your UUs as well. You might still want to reconsider... ;)

The Waterlord gazed to the sea, observing the field of battle that was fought few days ago. A messenger waited patiently behind him, to tell him his message. Finally, Dareos turned to him, gesturing the messenger to give him the scroll he was here to deliver. With a respecting bow, the messenger gave the Waterlord the message and excused himself.

Dareos opened the scroll. There was only few words scribbled to it. He read them without an expression twice, and then tore the parchment into two pieces. He threw them to the ocean.

He called his servant. He gazed to the sea again, but this time his eyes were directed to under the water rather than above it. Then the servant arrived, and kneeled before him.

"I will be gone for few hours. I'll be at the Sealords' gardens, but I must not be disturbed, unless something important happens." He rose to the edge of the ship, stood there for a minute, his mouth moving, but no sound coming out. Then he leapt to the sea, diving deep.

Immedietly two Sealords took a firm hold of his arms, and the currents started to move them fast. He closed his eyes. He had never liked the sight of water moving around him so fast.

After some, undefinable but short time, they arrived to the gardens. The Gardens of the Sealords were an eerie sight. Flowers and weeds of the sea, floating, as if dancing to some music that no one else would ever hear.

The Waterlord slowly swam to the leader of Sealords. ”What is it, brother? What is so urgent that I need come here in person?” He was, quite frankly, irritated.

His brother noticed none of it. His eyes literally shined with enthusiasm, when he spoke. ”I had to call you here, becouse you would not have believed it without seeing. Few hours ago, when we were meditating, something happened. We still do not fully understand it. We touched something... Greater than us. We learned so much just by observing it! We don't think it was aware of us, not anymore than we would be aware of an insect or a mouse. But, perhaps, in time, we'll be able to contact it. We have our suspicions of what it might be.” He scratched his neck thoughtfully. Then, suddenly, he and the other Sealords seemed to pass out.

Before Dareos could do anything, they started slowly to awoke again. A pair of gills had appeared to each and every one of their necks...
