SSNES: Fall of Wu'di

How come I still have a banked point?BTW who must I kill to posses death magic?Or how many billion stories?

@SS: Can we trade with countries that we border through an ally? For example, could I trade with Horus?

Shall we commence trade with each other?

Ordinarily, we would agree to turn over the city. However, we are concerned over your non-actions in the east. We have had no diplomatic relationships with Rollux, but an MPP should always be respected. If you will not help one ally, why should we believe that you will help us, another ally? Because of this, we need to make sure of your reliablity. We will hold the academy for 1 year, and then we shall have joint governance over it IF you give us a satisfactory reason for your non-actions and prove a trustworthy ally in the year to come.

My mistake...though my stats miss the Trade line with Ramon.

*restrain* *restrain* *restrain*

We were under the impression that the two nations of Ramon and Delanor had a very special relationsship. Afterall we have been fighting for years shoulder by shoulder against oppression and tyranny. Ramonian soldiers and Delanorian soldiers have died together on the battlefields of the east and the west. We were thinking that the reason for this friendsship was the common dream of a free world. Well, looks like we were wrong.

If we look at our last campaign in the western borderlands we now see, that the conquered lands are Delnorian lands, although Ramon lost much more soldiers against the Twin Brothers.

And if we look at the east, we see the Life Citadel in the hands of Delanor, although we split much more blood to free this city from our enemys and although we had a arrangement regarding this matter.

Now Ramon is surrounded by Delanor. And now we understand our southern neighbours. They don't want us to expand. They want to lock us between our mountains. Ha! The Kingdom of Ramon is not a nation of fools.

You say that we should have helped the in Rollux? We wonder why you didn't tell us BEFORE our soldiers helped you on your quest to take the Citadel of Life.

You want us to repect treaties? We wonder why Delanor wants others to go by their word, but doesn't repect their own promisse.s

You say a MPP must be respected? Well.. The nation we signed the MPP with is no longer alive.. The entire Lirkland has turned upside down. King Harald has turned insane, Rollux has turned undead, the peaceful Republic of Galadinia has turned into a nation of warmongerer... A demon has set over the Lirkland and it is turning the people mad. And this very demon is trying to pull Ramon into mess. Maybe this very demon has already entered Delanor?
But still we would stand by our word. However we are not going to leave our border free for the enemy to charge. Well, if our Delanorian friends had offered us to protect our borders while we fight among some rotten ghouls we could have spared our much needed troops.. Unluckily you didn't.

Three times Ramon charged this city. Two times we were beaten on the battlefield, dieing to protect our freedom. One time we were pushed out by our own allies.

OOC: Cool it! I didn't contact you about this because, as I had said, I was ON VACATION! I don't really care about what you do in the east... it's just that the update said I was "shocked and outraged" by you not honoring the MPP, and I was trying to act the part.

JD told me to NPC Delenlor while he was away. I did just that. And not honoring a MPP is a serious offense. Maybe it looks like I did that just to prove my point, but it is the most likely reaction as well. Don't get this wrong. I'm being totally neutral and acting on the situation presented by you players, and the layout I have for the historic progress. (I have a list of what happens each year... ;))

Trade through allied lands is not allowed. this means nations with coastline (and ships) will have more trade potential than inland ones. Pretty basic, and realistic as well.

We agree to commence trade. I belive such an agreement will be profitable for both parts.

Cool it! At the time, our leaders were concerned with more local events, such as finally trying to capture the academy that you could not without our help. Although Delenlor has little about what you do in the east, we are shocked and outraged by you not honoring the MPP, a sacred bond which must be repected. Understandably, your trustworthiness has shrunk in our eyes, and you will need to wait to earn it back.

OOC: That better?

I don't remember wether you spend the banked or not... I guess you did. It will be subducted later. About Death magic, the only ones to practice it right now is Rollux. Writing a REALLY good story might help you out. BUt it will still be a project. And I don't think you have room for that. :p

So you did implement 1 project at the time rule.

I think I did. I'm not sure. If not, I will now.

NEWSFLASH: Only one project at any time from now on!

I doubt you would want to spend as much eco on two projects anyway.

We may have been too harsh to judge you for your words earlier. We shall do what we can to aid you in the future, and thus propose a mutual protection pact and a free trade agreement.

The wind hissed in Shezmon's ears as the great reptilian flew ever-higher, it's paling rider hanging on for dear life as the Wyrmspine loomed so far beneath them. For the Disciple, it was an honour to be chosen as one of the catalysts for the great spell, but he was ready to admit that heights of several miles made him nauseous, dizzy and frightened.
Worry not, young Dragonkin. We shall be here for but a while, and once our task is complete, you may return once again to the crust of the earth. Truly, I admit even I have never flown so far above. Soon we shall leave even the clouds behind. The wyrm roared, as joyfully as one of it's kind can.
I guess we do not so share comfort at heights . or perhaps 'tis simply I who am not yet used to such vertical excellence. The Rider smiled wanly, and Nur'mek'zaasha roared again, his fangs bared in triumph. Perhaps we are ready for the casting now; I can see all which must be seen. Are you prepared? The wyrm craned it's neck, turned it's great head to loom at the ground, and roared once more. A great blast of fire, born of supreme concentration and age, blew down towards the Wyrmspine and the plains beyond.

The Earth Adept waved his arm in a wide arc, the ground tearing before him and tripping the Shaemarean light infantry before him. Averting his eyes from the slowed-down enemies, he watched beyond them to see a row of Fire Adepts of Shaemar caught in the middle of spellcasting, their hands flickering in perfectly synchronised magicianship. The Empirist frowned - he thought he could see wings on them - but his curiosity turned to horror as a great sheet of fire was born before him, washing through the Imperial ranks, never disappating or slowing down no matter what it faced. Terrified, he gestured for the earth to swallow him into a small pouch of air. As the ground sank away and formed a roof over him, he could hear the shrill screams of the imperial soldiers, charred and burning, trying to roll to put out the fire.

We thank you for your generous offer. However we have made bad experiences with mutal protection pacts and similars. They want to pull us into affairs that we have no connection with.
We could sign an friendship pact instead.
