    Occasional drop-in posts.

Activity explanations from RL and general game comments/questions. Joke vote on Snerk (333). More fluff.

Case and vote on aimee (596). Easy target, but plausible reasoning and commitment.

More activity/understanding explanations - overselling this somewhat. Restatement of aimee case (606).

I don't know Mary at all, and I want to believe her explanations, but this is not a good look so far.

When you don't have anything else to go and you're just starting the game, that's the best time to focus on people not engaging with the game.

For the love of Jeebus! I almost edited AGAIN

I wanted to add that @LordArgon 's roll claim, though sweet and buttery, can't be taken as anything but joking around, because it just occurred to me that this is TOS themed and borg-Picard is TNG.

Just to clarify: pimps are a measure of suspiciousness rather than lynchworthiness. It's a subtle distinction, but can sometimes be important.

To dogpile on the "lowposters are sus" line of thinking:
Plenty of people aren't really that comfortable with deception, and thus are going to be quieter when they have something to hide. Checking out the group of lowest posting people is good because you can get an opinion on those making the smallest* impact on the discussion.

*Which postcount may or may not be an indicator of actual contribution to the game. See several MU spam-posters for reference.

First post 9 hours after start. Smashing right in with reads on Zack and Empoof is a decent look. OMGUSing Takhisis in the same post is the kind of thing people think is scummy, but is more likely the opposite. Good opening as either alignment. (230)

Relaxed tone and kinda messy ambience - a good look. Votes Dolbster (233) for 'narrow focus' - sheeping Zack? Nicely provocative. Decent response to my drunk reads and query. (238)

24 hour gap with only minor fluff.

Back with big multi-quote walls, reads list, and Takhisis vote for spam/lack of towning (570 & 572). Interacting with lots of people is good. Doesn't seem overly concerned with avoiding suspicion.

Further comments on Tak, Jo, Mary.

This one surprised me a bit. From just reading along, I was expecting pzelda to be neutral at best, and maybe even one of the more pimpy people. But this all looks rather nice. Post rate is low, but the multi-quotes cover a lot of ground (even if they do make it a little easier for scum to bury bad news). Gonna be questions about wolf range in future, but right now:

Empoof plays on MU as Empoof, and Daily Mafia as Empoof (I beleive.)

Quite experienced and skilled to boot.

And now, in a delightful alignment of mafia and RL, my son is at my shoulder insisting we play some BotW.

    Back in a bit.

Alright I got 15, here my quick take on the opening:

Visor, Ras, Tak, Zack, Argon with early votes and fluff. Towny vibe.

Dolbster and Empoof with first wagon votes. Unnecessary as wolves. Town vibes.

Csargo Arakhor Aimee present but not voting/pressuring. Less towny vibes.

Empoof confirming zack villager. Jokey but weird.

Dolbster makes the first read list. Followed by a tally. Getting some flak for this later on but I don't see why.

Monty and Manasi eventually shows up but doesn't do much. No point lynching here right now imo.

    Syn feels towny.

I still don't like Winstons opening but it gets better.

Mary, Sommer, Yako, Jo, Csargo and Arakhor's flow feels more in line where wolves usually are.

Although Jo and Arakhor very similar to last game and they were town I think.

Tak is shifty but is different compared to his last scum game.
