Start new games and lose right away unless I quit

Weird bug I got, not sure if I caused it testing the memory leak save files or if it's something else, however I started a new game and lost as soon as I entered the world, getting the "you've been defeated" pop-up and message. Every game after that had the same thing happen until I quit and restarted. It makes me think there are other memory issues besides the load/save issue, this time with the random seed for maps?

If you could post an autosave that got created for that new game, that would be useful.
