Starting Points, Yay or Nay?

This is kind of copying another thread but there wasn't a poll on that one so....

With the next mod\patch\thing, would you like to see the option to put specific starting posistions on user-created maps?

You know what it means? If so, can you tell me what "the Trojans" is in latin? I know it doesn't make much sense as it's latin not greek but still...
