Statue of Zeus and Knights Templar Question

I have a question regarding these two wonders. Do they produce regular units if a barracks has not been built in the city that builds the wonder? For example, if I build the Statue of Zeus in a city without barracks, will it produce regular units until a build barracks?

Yes, the Wonders produce regular units unless the town has a barracks, then they produce vets.

Thanks. I managed to build both in the game I am playing, and the free military I receive is allowing me to dominate. Too bad the ancient cavalry don't upgrade, but I guess they are strong enough as it is.
