I'm using version 1.0.3.144 w/G&K+BNW bought from the recent Humble Bundle. In the attached save, I have 0 aluminum. When I create a citadel with the great general where he's standing, I get 16 aluminum instead of the supposed 8, and a notification says "aluminum from the guys you just stole it from".
