I purchased the standard $50 version from Steam. I really love the game, been playing it constantly since yesterday. But now I'm regretting not putting the extra $10 down for Babylon. Is there any way to just pay the extra $10 and get Babylon? Like as DLC?

You can't upgrade.
But don't worry about it, it's not worth it. I wish I had gotten the regular edition, the making-of video sucks, the soundtrack is in mp3 format and Babylon alone doesn't justify the 10$ price tag.
