steam didn't update

Steam did not update Civ to the most recent version & I have no idea why. It has uploated all previous patches. It states that it will update the next time Steam is restarted, but never does.

Any idea what's going on?

It's such a tiny update its probably been done so fast you didn't see it check version number in main menu it should as of now be 1.0.1.221
